What Is Vetrimaaran Planning? Vijay Sethupathi Breaks His Silence on the ‘Arasan’ Mystery
Fans of Vijay Sethupathi can breathe a sigh of relief: the actor has officially shut down rumors that he’s dropping out of Vetrimaaran’s upcoming gangster drama, Arasan. Despite talk that scheduling conflicts would force him out of the Silambarasan-starrer, Vijay clarified at a recent fan event that the gossip is completely baseless. He even joked about how fast rumors spread, confirming he is very much still part of the high-octane project.
Beyond Arasan, Vijay has a packed slate of exciting releases. His silent film, Gandhi Talks, is hitting ZEE5 later this February, and he’s gearing up to work with director Thiagarajan Kumararaja on a new project titled Pocket Novel. With a massive lineup and a star-studded cast including Malavika Mohanan and Raj B. Shetty, it’s clear the “Makkal Selvan” isn’t slowing down anytime soon.
