He urged everyone to stay loyal and vote for the ‘Whistle’, which is now the official symbol for his party, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK). He wants the whistle to represent a win for the common man in the upcoming 2026 elections.
To show he is serious about helping people, reports say Vijay may contest from Perambur or another area in North Chennai. His team says he chose these locations because they have been neglected for a long time and need better jobs and schools. By starting his fight in these tough neighborhoods, Vijay plans to prove that his party is ready to lead the whole state.
