Cyberabad Police have arrested a man for allegedly creating and circulating morphed photos along with obscene content targeting actress and television personality Anasuya Bharadwaj. According to officials, the accused edited the images and shared them on social media platforms with the intention of attracting attention and gaining online views.
Police stated that the accused deliberately manipulated images of the actress and posted objectionable content, which quickly drew concern from authorities and the public. After the matter came to light, a complaint was filed and an investigation was launched by the Cyberabad cybercrime team.
Following technical analysis and digital tracking, officials were able to identify the suspect and take him into custody. Authorities emphasized that strict action will be taken against individuals who misuse social media platforms to harass or defame others through morphed or offensive content.
The incident has once again highlighted the growing issue of online harassment and the misuse of digital platforms. Cyberabad Police have urged social media users to act responsibly online and warned that legal action will be taken against those who engage in cyberbullying, harassment, or the spread of manipulated media.
