Yash Raj Films was ready to give us the ultimate spy thriller with Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, but the price tag turned out to be just too high. Rumor has it that the project hit a wall because of the eye-watering salaries—both superstars were reportedly set to make around Rs 100 crore each. When you add those fees to the cost of high-tech action scenes, the math just wasn’t working for the studio. Apparently, unless the Khans agree to a “friends and family” discount, the budget is simply too risky to greenlight right now.
