Ustaad Bhagat Singh Gets Ticket Price Hike in Telangana After Supreme Court Relief
The makers of Ustaad Bhagat Singh, starring Pawan Kalyan, have received a major boost after the Supreme Court provided relief regarding ticket price regulations in Telangana. The decision could allow the film to have increased ticket prices during its theatrical release in the state.
Earlier, the Telangana High Court had introduced a rule requiring filmmakers to seek approval for ticket price hikes at least 90 days before the film’s release. This regulation created concerns for producers planning big-budget releases, including Ustaad Bhagat Singh.
However, the Supreme Court reportedly stayed the High Court’s order, offering temporary relief to filmmakers and theatre owners. This move is expected to benefit the makers of the upcoming film, enabling them to request special ticket pricing closer to the release date.
Ustaad Bhagat Singh is one of the most anticipated Telugu films, featuring Pawan Kalyan in a powerful role and directed by Harish Shankar. With strong fan anticipation and now a possible ticket price hike, the film is expected to open with massive collections when it hits theatres.
